The S1 also did an excellent job of cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved smoothly on its flat side against the floor and lifting itself when it reached carpet or rug.

The docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and replenishes its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution to the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank can be able to accommodate 12 cleaning sessions, but it will differ depending on the frequency you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like other 2-in-1 robots. In order to do this, you'll have to wash the dirty water tank occasionally to prevent it from clogging.
